Drag Queen Belly Dancer

This goofy photo dates from around 1954. It is from the documentary Striporama. I think the dancer is pretending to be an airplane. I don't know his name, or any of the people in his rapt audience. The blonde on the bottom right is possibly Lili St. Cyr.
