Steve: uhhh, i dunno, i dun even go there i go to LHHS

ShanMonster: Is LHHS ruled by an athletic team, or do you have some sort of aristocracy presiding?

Steve: Ummm...Yes

Steve: I'm only 15, stop using big words

ShanMonster: Good grief. When I was fifteen, I actually read books with multisyllabic words. Must I keep everything really short and simple? That's pathetic.

Steve: yes, that is, if you choose to talk to me

ShanMonster: I will try to use words with few sounds. This will be quite a chore, though. I am not used to this sort of load.

Steve: um, k

ShanMonster: So, what do you want to talk 'bout? Sheesh. Small words are hard to use!

Steve: dunno, you live in Fredericton?

ShanMonster: Yes.

Steve: kewl

Steve: goin to UNB?

ShanMonster: No. I am a grad.

Steve: oh, i see, how old?

ShanMonster: This is hard to do in short words. I am ten plus ten plus nine years old.

Steve: i would understand 29 you know

Steve: i'm no that stupid

Steve: *not

ShanMonster: Well, you told me to use small words since you are too young to know big ones.
