I'm your host, The ShanMonster, an agnostic middle eastern dancer with a bit of a boot fetish and a flair for the dramatic. I began radio DJing way back in 1990 at CHSR-fm. Originally, I did an open format show, but after a year of that, I switched to a specialty format: industrial programming. Since then, I've picked up a Barry Award for best specialty programme, and tried out club DJing. The club DJing didn't work too well due to inappropriate venues (pool halls just don't provide the right sort of ambience for rivethead culture). Perhaps a decent club will open in the Fredericton area where I can ply my trade. Let's keep our fingers crossed.... I welcome music submissions (and just plain submission) for The Erotic Tablesaw.
